Four Corners of Mary to start us off:

– LBCs
Thang 2: Tic-Tac-Toe 3 in a row team battle.
1’s vs. 2’s.
One end of the lot had our board and the only way to pass off your chalk to your teammate was to knock out merkins, squats, LBCs X 5/each. (Person must also draw the line through)
X’s vs. O’s. Losers gets burpees, winners get merkins. 2 exhilarating games played with questionable tactics. Then team Indian runs back to the flag battling each other with the classic , , . A lot of people losing on paper.

Prayers and praises. Safety for people stuck in flood zones around the state and weather. Safe travels to our guy, Joe Smith, as he goes to smuggle hardware into Prague.

11 for 5 through Crescent Green, Symphony Lake, and the Swift Creek greenways. At the flag we celebrated the POTF from Chops to your newest site Qs – Badda and Bing! 7 joined the 2 ruckers for coffee and bagels. MIAGD!

Early, warm morning and we had a FNG. It was Yogi’s neighbor. Quick disclaimer, mission and pledge and then off a mosey. We traversed up Ederlee to the Chiesi parking lot. There we got a short warmup and then across the way to the long sloping lot.

7’s on the lot down and up with left/right lunges at the top and CDD’s at the bottom. Next we moseyed a short way across the street to the famous Avenue of the Estates (where celebrities are rumored to live). Another set of 7’s up and down the Estates with merkins at the top and squats at the bottom. With limited time left, we moseyed back down and back to the flag. Minimum mileage of 3 met with ease!

“Come for one, come for more” was the motto on display this glorious morning. 4 conquered hilly terrain of the Sugg Farm Ultra course. One ran 1 lap, one ran 2 laps, two ran 4 laps. Cooler temps contributed to strong performances all around. Mumblechatter was on point as usual. Grateful for these man for showing up and making themselves better. 3 weeks out to the big race. MIAGW!!

19 HIMs took to the CleaVer on this 94% RH morning to get very sweaty. Launch times were staggered and all paces were welcome on this inclusive Cleaver. Congrats to the first timers and those that conquered the beast yet again. MIAGD, gents.

For the main event:

Mission statement, core principles, and the pledge at the flag, then we ran over to the office parking deck on Palace Green for three sets of four corners with plank jacks, Apollo Ono’s, Bobby Hurley‘s and Shakira‘s.

Run back to the park for a very modified mini Murph: pull-ups, merkins and squats then run the pickle , called for time at about seven or eight sets.

The runners joined in for COT. Stretch and a have a nice day for the finish.

We have a purpose, men. Be kind to others and MIAGD!
