SSH’s, shrugging arm circles and OH claps, hi knees, Hillbilly’s, high knees, and IW’s, more hi knees. Complaint department was open this am when The Hill came into view. At the bottom 25 SSH’s, run half up one side for down slope 20 merkins, get up keep going and run to top for 15 star jumps. Reverse do same going down to bottom and back up other side. Reverse again meet at bottom for some plank work. Repeato with new exercises (down slope 15 CDD’s mid way, and 25 LBCs at the top), Reverse do same going down, with 25 SSH’s at bottom and up the other side. Backwards mosey to top and back to flag.

Count and namorama for Chipper. Prayers for him and F3 Flea. Prayers all around. Yet another great morning to be out in the gloom.
