28 learned about the power of Shield Locks. We reviewed Purpose, Proximity, and meeting Periodically! Partner work was the theme as we did some partner merkins, Bropees at many light poles before heading to the rockpile. After we broke the ice in some deep discussion we did some partner work with rocks including curls, overhead press, rows and a partner carry. Had time left for one hill sprint before bringing this fine crew back.
