The bootcamp was a lot of running in circles and sometimes carrying coupons. Team 2 beat Team 1 with 28 laps compared to like 7 or 8…but I trust their score was accurate.

OK enough about the workout. The best part was after we took off from the flag. As we circled the lot @Term Paper looks to the paviliion and sees a group of guys and says, “Oh look there’s some guys, wow they are even doing the pledge…..and have a flag!” That’s when pax politely filled him in that that was SWWINGERS! Bhahaha!!

Many F3 brothers headed out at 4:45 for a nice dry reverse Maynard (dranyaM) on the last day of the challenge. It was a great effort by all in attendance led by WebMD with that sub 8:00 effort! Huge group at the Bond Park COT and big congrats to Van Gogh, Sunshine, and Kwikstop for completing all 10 days! MIAGD!

5 for the EC

Started with a mosey and then warmed up with some SSH and merkins. Made our way to Garmin for 7s with Burpees and squats. Medium paced Indian run to Ederlee where we paused for some LBCs. Moseyed to parking deck for monkey humpers and Mtn climbers on the stairs. Hit the Ave hill one final time and headed back to the flag for some merkins and Mary.

Coffee was enjoyed by most. Not sure what ended up happening to Hoppin John’s bagels! They may have made it back to the break room at Glenaire……
