Ruckers rucked to the parking lot on the other side of Crescent Commons and did some island hopping. First round we did squats at each island (total reps 47). Second round we did merkins at each island (total reps 47). We then headed to the hill to the upper lot where we did hill repeats (squat holds at the top and shoulder taps at the bottom). After several rounds we headed back tot he imaginary flag for COT.

Day 2 of the JigglyLitter tour continues. This Q spot snuck up on everyone, including the site Q. I loaded up the truck with coupons and we had a plan.

Pledge then warmup mosey in the main circle lot. Now over the river and through the woods we go. Thang 1 was an Impossible “Pickle”. Burpee broad jump down, lunge walk back, bear crawl down, run back, PUT6.

Thang 2 we moseyed to the Big Seimens Deck. Awaiting were some coupon stations. Partner up and one runs the deck up a level and returns down stairs while the other completes a station. Stations included battle rope, rope bag pull, sandbag thrusters, sandbag/ram roller rock you body, bucket squats. Everyone hit each station at least once.

Thang 3 was a North Pole – South Pole – Pain Train! Heading down the hill squat with increased reps at each pole, heading back up hill merkins decreasing reps at each pole. Typical SCary Pain Train style with hitting each stop then return home. Noting time we called it and circled up on the still closed bridge for a merkin ring of fire to 100. Mosey back to the flag. HAND!

F3 is cheaper than Orange Theory, SCary beat the over, iced coffee was the drink of choice for most. It’s always an honor to lead in the gloom. As Shutty noted, there will be a day when you cannot do this, but today is not that day! MIAGD!

Grabbed the Q in the lulled hours yesterday. Printed out some pages, sorted out the kettlebells and other toys, and slammed together a playlist while I was falling asleep. I planned for 8 with a contingency to go to 12… so boy was o excited when 7 others showed up!

Warm up in one corner of the big lot before settling into another corner of the big lot. Alternate between an exercise and a pickle loop every minute. Kettlebells, a round plate, and a band were used. Only major groans at my playlist, so I think the melancholy December motif hit well.

Nearly dropped the ball on the backblast (thanks @Kiffin) but the route and the fellowship did not disappoint. We cut through a yard, trail ran for 30 seconds and found a cool gravel greenway that ended with a tunnel for little people on Cary Parkway. Nearly 100% coffeteria participation.

21 fine HIM came out to the great AO, Point Break. Another great weather morning and that started us off right. Quick disclaimer, the pledge and we were off. A short mosey jog around the way and ended up in front of Shake Shack.

After a warmup of 50 SSH’s and good mornings, we headed over to the center of Waverly. We started with 18 merkins for good measure and then the first of three set of 7’s since we are only 7 days away from Christmas. We learned a new burpee today and it’s the only burpee I will do. The Walmart Burpee! So Walmart burpees at the bottom of the stairs and CCD’s at the top.

Next set of 7’s were on the adjacent side of stairs with squats at the bottom and scorpion CCD’s at the top.

Final set of 7’s were on the narrow stairs on the back side of Waverly. We utilized the soft, wet, green fake grass to do X’s and Y’s at the bottom and regular merkins at the top.

We finally moseyed back to the flag and finished up with low slow flutters.

Christmas party tomorrow night and Oakwood 24 on Saturday. Prayers for Bubba’s friends, Jerry and Kelly going through medical issues, prayers for Term Papers family and prayers for Fresh Prince’s friend who is going through legal issues. I am so thankful for all my F3 brothers! You guys rock!! Coffee on point as always. Go MIAGD!
