11 HIMs braved the gloom this morning as well as an impromptu Q by YHC. And what an opportunity it was! Things started a bit clunky, but once the safety cell phone was located we were off. We moseyed, we weaved, we warmed up. The PAX were chatty this morning so the mumblechatter was properly reined in. Then off we went to the bridge where we lunge walked to the half way point and high knees the rest of the way. Next we completed a round of 7s with LBCs and merkins. We then went back across the bridge by lunge walk and backward run. YHC heard a little grumbling and that was just the inspiration that was needed to take the PAX back to another hill where we completed a round of 5s with squats and CDDs. Oh yeah, 5 burpees were thrown in for good measure. Finally, we headed back to the flag for some mary and HAND.

Announcements were announced and praises were praised. Thanks for the opportunity to lead this great group of men. Coffee was also on point.

YHC drove past approximately 4 other AOs to get to Walnut Street park. At 0530, after watching some sad clowns show up to stand around and watch a lady do kettlebells, YHC gave a disclaimer. At 0531 we moseyed past them to the front of the park.
WARMUP: Sir Fazios forward and back, overhead claps and Steve Earles.
THE THANG: Mosey to the basketball 

 court. Triple Nickels the length of the court. Exercises at each end were Catalina Wine Mixers and Mike Tyson’s. Modes of transportation were bear crawls, crawl bears, crab walks and lunges. PAX were allowed to run the court one time only.

Recovery mosey to the front of the park, do flutter kicks and copperhead squats, mosey back to the court for thang 2. Two groups, one group backward run across the court and do 5 burpees while the other group held BTTW. 2 rounds.
