After a little mosey, side straddle hops, imperial walkers, and south cary stretches to warm up, we headed over to the Millpond for 7 of Diamonds.

Fun was had by all (I think/hope) and the newly-minted 50-year old was supported and celebrated.

We then had the people’s choice between the chair or balls to the wall, both and neither were enjoyable.
On our way back to the flag we were able to get in a set of dips and irkins. This left just enough time for some Chillcut-ing before we really start having a nice day.

6 bootcampers and 1 rucker showed up on time for SCary’s premier Thursday 0530 AO. 1 bootcamper, subbing as site-Q, scrambled for a ruck to be a HIM to our lonely South Wake ruck brotha. All for not tho as the second HC rucker appeared “only a minute late”. The HIM (Kitty Litter) now had to search for the bootcampers among the many route options this premier AOs has to offer. Fortunately, on his way to 300 posts this year, Kitty has a lot of practice searching PAX after the workout has gotten started. His success rate increased today!

With a plan in place, the bootcamping PAX headed straight through the hood to our brotha Sherpa’s home. Hello Dollys were performed flawlessly, possibly the best Hello Dollys ever performed in a driveway. To our chagrin, this was not caught on doorbell cam, bc this high tech brother has a low tech doorbell.

The route back to our starting point was a little more haphazard than our departure. A palm tree was found, hills were climbed, CDDs and jump squats were performed. The PAX rounded out the morning with a couple of 80% sprints to stretch the legs a little and push ourselves. Mary was present.

‘Twas a salted caramel enhanced (for some) coffee-12 days of Christmas-pumpkin pickle-white board workout. Of course FrenchLickNick won the best pumpkin award for fastest PAX. A from Thoreau we heard that “It’s not enough to be busy; so are the ants. The question is: what are we busy about?” The challenge was to reflect on that as we finish out the year.

Toy Drive Report: LOW STEAM. We need toys. Toys Collected at my last 3 posts = ZERO. Have had a few porch deliveries. Lotsa promises. But we’re near the end. 2 more days to contribute and 3 ways to hand off. Look for….

3 bootcampers, 1 run clubber.

We executed flawlessly on the small workgroup part of the F3 mission today (along with all the other parts as well). It appears as though the PAX have not yet mentally prepared themselves for today’s weather and have all gone into hibernation like Olsen. So, t-claps to these premier HIMs at TS this morning.

Mosey around Stonebend for a Mount Chaumont tease (which was ineffective with the limited number of pax). Warm-ups then off to Millpond. Inspired by Francois strava art we looped up and down the parking lot aisles, merkins at one end, squats at the other. Once we made it to the end mosey back with 3 burpees at each island (more or less).

Cross back over the street to Walgreens where once again the bonds of marriage proved strong and out of nowhere Ying’s M and her running crew appear and catcall Ying. Powering through the sirens call, we executed some Four Corners of Mary with Mountain Climbers (in honor of Sherpa’s birthday) and WW2s.

Back to the flag and pick up Super along the way. LSF and HAND.
