8 PAX and an FNG took off in a Saturday morning for some exercise and fellowship. As we passed the location of our newest site (Mar A Lago) some of the more astute PAX noticed IC Light had some lights on at his house and wanted to check in his well being. After they were dissuaded we continued on to the primary workout including hill running, merkins, squats and a variety of other activities that YHC made up on the fly. We returned for a Mary and a prayer.

Thank you all for including me in this amazing thing called F3. It means a ton, is probably a cult and is secretly siphoning money somehow. Whatever, I’m good with it. MIAGD.
