Paces were pushed as YHC chased 5 quick HIMs around Regency in Zone 5. Set of sevens at Garmin parking lot followed by an up tempo Indian Run to Ederlee mixing in lunge walks at each side street. Some merkins, LBCs and sumo squats around the Avenue pickle finished off with a brisk Indian Run past Chop’s branch to the finish. Small but mighty group today. MIAGD gentlemen.
