7 brave souls stayed relatively dry in the premier seating area of Koka Booth Amphitheater.
Many laps were run with a little moseying and a lot of “all you got” – which was generally about 70% except when it was really “all you got” once or twice. Pax led exercises intermingled with the running
Delayed warm up since it was forgotten initially
Gorilla Complex – rock work in sets of 8 + merkins followed by pickle lap. Pax rotating leading through 6 sets. Each time the bar was set higher.
