The workout was not a dumpster fire (the opinions expressed here are mine and may not reflect the opinions of the group) but we did take a dumpster tour of some of SCary’s finest smelling dumpsters.
Warm up and stretching exercises by the winner of the worst smelling dumpster which is behind the Lowes Foods building.
We then moseyed around to check out the wreckage of the Tesla charging station that was taken out by the runaway car recently.
We continued our mosey across the street the the office buildings were we did a partner Dora of 150 merkins, 250 squats and 350 LBCs.
Next we found two more dumpsters and made on the top and one the bottom for a round of hill 11s with mountain climbers at the top and star jumps at the bottom.
