YHC had the pleasure and honor to lead seven great men this morning. We started off with the Pledge and then moseyed over to the boat ramp for warmups. The warmups included 10 standard burpees part way through b/c the PAX thought counting was optional.
After warmups, we headed to the base of the spillway to select our personal rocks for the Rock Dora. Partners were selected and we plowed through 100 rock squats, 200 rock rows and 300 rock presses (on back) with pickle runs alternating between partners.
Once the DORA was completed we did a rock carry with some additional rock exercises sprinkled in. We put rocks back where we found them and then headed back to the flag for COT.
Announcements were made. Prayers and praises were raised and YHC took us out with prayer.
*Four PAX showed for the KB EC which was a hit and definitely worthy of becoming a standard EC. Nugent/Wide Right TY4YL!
Lastly, huge shout out to the AMBRR participants, SAG and the BRR Bros. Great to see everyone crushing it.
