20 gathered after a Chops 5k and :rocket: EC for a mosey-laden beatdown by YHC. Goals were to explore a bit of new territory and to bring something fresh to the PAX. Let’s see how we did…
Mosey safely across to the HT parking lot. Great group crossing technique observed across Tryon. Brief warmup in the parking lot, then mosey through to Walnut. Stop for South Cary Stretches, then head toward MDCH.
Turn left near Crossroads Manor, exploring the field for a second. Some chatter about ankle safety, so alls we did was SSHs. Onward to the traffic circle for 4 2 loops – one bear crawling and one lunge walking. Through the nearby townhome neighborhood (past a beautiful little sidewalk loop that was far to proximate to the backs of ~30 houses – the echoes would have been too much for ya boy to manage) to a greenway that led back to Tryon Village.
Partner up in the Kiddie Academy parking lot and execute a partial standard Dora with a pickle that was a bit longer than estimated. Cut it early, and head back to the flag. Even safer crossing at Tryon, this time with Walk signal!
Mary consisting of H2H, H2M, and Superman-Bananas. I thought the S-Bs would be a new feature, but turns out we used to do these at some point. Go figures.
