When is it appropriate to “call someone out” on something and when is it inappropriate judgement. A couple references from the best selling book of all time. A great discussion.
– It depends on your relationship with the person.
– Better to understand them first. ASK QUESTIONS, maybe tough questions.
– Must be in LOVE, not judgement.
– Are we open to being to called out when we we’re in error? Do we ask those around us to do this?
– We are not responsible for other’s choices, but we do regret not leaning in when we see someone we love on a bad path… It is rare to hear someone regret leaning in too much..
