1 Scary made 9 total at April’s MOAB, led by Revere and Mohawk. We moseyed to the same parking deck from last time and did a Dora, 3 x Various Jack Webbs, interval runs with lunges, and four corners with Merkins. About the one hour mark I reached the feeling of forgetting when we started and that this workout was all there ever was. 75 min workouts are different.
Pretty much got smoked into oblivion and haven’t moved from the bed except to puke. Banjo astutely observed that although Carpex was represented by the PAX, no one who actually lives there was in attendance. #suburbansprawl
