Kicked off this beautiful Thursday with the Pledge of Allegiance and moseyed to a cozy corner of the Harris Teeter for SSHs, Michael Phelps’, and SCSs.
Then we trekked over to a secluded pavilion, grabbed a chair each and talked about our feelings, the consensus was we were feeling sore from the 3 sets Derkins, Dips, and Erkins.
Next was over to our favorite hill for 11s: Merkins at the bottom, star fish crunches at the top. A single burpee before going back to the flag.
