Two brave HIMs hit the SCary streets on yet another muggy morning. Slowzy pace was adhered to. YHC joined the 30/30 club (running/cycling miles) for the week. Great to see @Joe Smith as we traversed Lake Lomond (he was NOT interested in running an OCHO). Glad to get in miles and close out the week strong. MIAGW!
